Health=Wealth

My personal wellness journey began in 2009, leading me to a deeper understanding of the powerful connection between mind and body. What started as simple dietary changes quickly revealed unexpected benefits—improved energy, sharper focus, and an overall sense of well-being. I was experiencing firsthand what we now widely recognized as the gut-brain connection.

As I continue to explore the science behind this relationship, I became increasingly fascinated with how the microbiome influences neurotransmitters and emotional regulation. This awareness solidified my commitment to a lifestyle centered on nutrition, movement, and mindfulness.

In 2019, I completed a yearlong certification in Integrative Nutrition, deepening my ability to support clients seeking to build health enhancing habits. My work includes helping individuals struggling with emotional eating and binge eating disorder by addressing both the psychological and physiological components of their relationship with food.

Currently, I facilitate a support group called Enlightened Eating, which meets once a month and includes access to a private Facebook group for sharing recipes, health wins, and challenges. While this group is limited in size to maintain a supportive atmosphere, I am open to starting additional groups if interest grows.
